Metro East Apartments nearing completion

In partnership with AMG & Associates, LLC, The Pacific Companies, and Architects Orange dba AO, Sinanian Development, Inc is helping deliver nearly 1,000 affordable senior housing units to Orange County. The Metro East Apartments will be complete in less than a month. The First Point Apartments, consisting of two structures, will be complete in one year. Our trade partners and project teams have been doing an admirable job in working through the pandemic to provide affordable housing which is so lacking in California. We are proud of their work and efforts.
