Project Manager

Sinanian Development, Inc. (Tarzana, CA) needs Project Manager:

Project organization using Procore: RFI's, Submittals, Inspections, drawings, specifications, transmittals etc. Reviewing specs and identifying all required submittals, preparing submittal schedule and managing submittals. Assisting the project manager by analyzing and reviewing rebar drawings, reinforced concrete designs, concrete mixes, structural steel designs, anchor bolt details etc. Working closely with superintendent and foremen of various trades to generate RFIs and present possible solutions to the architect. Managing/ updating as-builts for the project and keep the project updated using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Streamlining various project/ city requirements and reporting requirements ex SWPPP, CEQA, C&D Waste reports etc. Putting in survey requests, understanding and distributing the cut sheets to all parties involved. Generating, submitting and tracking daily reports and monthly progress reports. Procuring bids and doing take offs from the plans and comparing to the bids received. Requesting invoices and drafting change orders, logging and distributing the fully executed change orders. Assist the QA/ QC professional by ensuring the building material delivered on site meets the required standards per the project specification and requirement. Creating agenda and taking meeting minutes for weekly foremen meetings and any preconstruction / coordination meetings. 20% Travel/relocation required as employee will perform work at various unanticipated locations with open ended projects with various client sites throughout Southern CA.

Salary Offered: $131,830.00 / year

Education Requirement: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related.

Experience Requirement: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager or related.
