AGBU Manoukian Theater Center

This is the 23,000-SF multi-use performing arts center with a black box theatre and support spaces for that and the main stage theater. This renovation will receive LEED Gold certification. Its features include the reuse of an existing building envelope, the innovative use of daylight in a performance space, recycled, regional and certified materials, water and energy use conservation and other measures.
