The scope of work is being be completed per OSHPD standards and will include the construction of a 18,000 square feet two-story facility which will house 66 new skilled
nursing beds, dining and recreation facilities, nursing stations and related support spaces. The initial project demolition removed 8 existing Skilled Nursing beds.
