Encino Place

As a showpiece retail extravaganza in the middle of Encino on Ventura Boulevard, Encino Place raised the construction bar for future retail developments. An arched bridge, delicately constructed, spans high in the sky connecting the two wings of the two-story specialty shops. Three subterranean parking floors are accessed with escalators. This project became the talk of the town for a long time. Special festivals, activities and events are held in the front circular courtyard on weekends and holidays.
