Hollydale Plaza Apartments

This project consists of a four-story building containing 101 affordable senior living units and retail space on the ground floor with subterranean and above grade parking and an open air courtyard on the third floor of the structure. This project contains extensive photovoltaic cells for solar sustainable energy. The kitchens are equipped with Energy Star appliances. The landscaping features native drought tolerant plants. The hallways have ample lighting and the open floor plan of the structure allows ample daylight to illuminate the units and common areas.
