Icon on Rosecrans

This multi-family housing project comprises of 127 dwelling units of wood frame construction in three 70,000 SF six-floor buildings over a podium deck. There will be 2-bedroom units, 3-bedroom units, and 4-bedroom units. The building will offer subterranean and on-grade resident parking and amenities will include a community/fitness center, pool/spa, courtyard and other additional community rooms. SINANIAN broke ground in May 2015 and anticipates completion in July 2017.
