LAUSD Foshay Auditorium Modernization

This project was for the modernization of the 14,000-square-foot Foshay Learning Center originally built in 1924. The work involved reconstruction of the basement band room, the auditorium, and the main building corridors of the structure. Site improvements included a new loading dock with access to the stage, stage stairs, and an outdoor accessible lift to the stage and basement. Interior improvements included new restrooms, ADA modifications, new stage, stage lighting, curtains, rigging, visual audio equipment, HVAC, fire sprinklers, fire alarm modifications and wheelchair lifts.
