Sheldon Apartments

Four-story 98-unit apartment complex consisting of 3 and 4 bedrooms family apartments having furnished community centers with full amenities. The structural deck is of post-tensioned steel above semi-subterranean parking. The project is fully secured and well lid by two open playful courtyards and walkways, which are served by three sets of stairwells. The project is enhanced by lush landscaping and raised planters in the courtyards and exterior of the building. Different exterior colors were used on the exterior façade, which was constructed with variable planes. All the units have their own washers and dryers in fully equipped kitchen along with public laundry rooms and kitchen.
