The new construction of the one-story 6,500-SF Tarzana Treatment Center (Lancaster) is a 42-bed Alcohol and Drug Residential Treatment facility. The facility also provides transitional and supportive housing, teen and young adult specific services with adolescent alcohol and drug treatment, mental health services, outreach and community education and court-related services. The building contains a food service commercial kitchen, recreation/multi-purpose room, cafeteria, and patient rooms. The project also required site work consisting of a sports court, parking lot, side walks and curbs.
