Villa Veneto Condominiums

This project provides 20 luxury condo units in a four-story building with courtyard over one level of subterranean parking. The design is influenced by the architecture of the Veneto countryside region of Venice, Italy, including the use of Venetian plaster finish, precast detail, shutters and obelisk detailing on the roof. Each unit has a private balcony, while corner units have spacious curved balconies with Italian style custom wrought iron railings. The project incorporates lush landscaping/hardscaping at interior open courtyard and around the building. A majestic 30 feet-high cascading custom waterfall in the interior courtyard provides a tranquil ambiance.

The rich interior materials feature Madura Gold granite countertops and Onyx mosaic full back splash on kitchens and honed travertine flooring. Calcutta Gold /true Italian White Carrera granite at full bathrooms. Each unit is equipped with Italian-style stone precast fireplace hearth, surround and mantle, Viking stainless steel kitchen appliances, and high energy-efficient washer and dryers. Other materials include solid Mahogany entry doors to all units, wooden French windows and doors, custom built-in closet cabinetry, custom-design Italian style exterior light fixtures with old world patina. Rooms feature exotic Burma Walnut hardwood flooring with sound insulation throughout. Residents can use state-of-the-art equipment in the gym and fitness area. The project incorporates cutting-edge technology for satellite and cable television, and the security system.
